At Synbul Sleeping, our goal is to provide fast and reliable delivery across the United States. We partner with a professional third-party logistics provider (3PL) to handle order fulfillment and shipping. Please review the information below regarding how and when your order will be shipped.

Order Processing

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We currently ship within the United States only.
  • Carriers used include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and service level. Any applicable taxes, surcharges, or fuel fees imposed by carriers are passed through at cost.

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you once your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at customer@synbulsleeping.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Reshipments caused by incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges

For returns, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. Due to the hygienic nature of our product, opened or used items cannot be returned.
