I have recently discovered this sleepGUARD 3 and it works for sleep apnea. Is it effective? Very. I feel better than I ever did with CPAP.
This sleepGUARD 3 is freakin amazing. For me it eliminated both snoring and apnea, it takes a week to get used to. And expect drooling if you don't sleep on your back. My wife says I've never been this quiet while sleeping, so I am very happy with it!
I find that sleepGUARD 3 is helpful with my particular snoring because my tongue collapses.
I do not have apnea but I am a nasal snorer and the sleepGUARD 3, when it stays on, eliminates my snoring entirely.
I've started treating my mild apnea a couple of weeks ago with a sleepGUARD 3. The first 3-4 nights of sleep were amazing, I woke up all by myself at 7:00 am feeling energized and was able to endure a lot of physical activity without feeling dead tired. I bought one of those sleepGUARD 3's to try it, and to my surprise it completely eliminates my snoring. It's a good price and fairly non-invasive method that I would recommend others try as well.
I've tried several different things. Mouthguards like the SnoreRX that push my lower jaw forward which didnt help. I found the sleepGUARD 3 and have used it several times and it is very effective and eliminates nearly all of my snoring.
I had a lot of success with this. You will wake up with a weird and numb sensation in your tongue at first, but this passes. Definitely stick with it for a couple of weeks, and make sure you record yourself at night to verify the impact it's having.
