I started using Sleep GUARD about a month ago after my wife kept bringing up my snoring. The first few nights felt a little unusual, but after that I adjusted pretty fast. Biggest difference is we both stay asleep now instead of waking each other up through the night. I also feel less exhausted in the mornings.

I almost didn't order because spending $199 on a snoring device felt expensive to me. But after trying other options that did nothing, I finally decided to try it anyway. Glad I did. My sleep feels deeper now and my wife says the snoring has reduced a lot. It ended up being worth it for us.

I had already tried nose strips and another mouthpiece before this and neither really helped. Before ordering I emailed support because I was worried about having the same issues I had with other products. They explained how the tongue positioning works and answered everything clearly. Took me about a week before sleeping with it started feeling normal.

I bought this for my husband after years of broken sleep because of his snoring. By the third night I could already tell the difference. The first several nights felt strange and I almost returned it, but support helped me adjust the positioning and suction properly. Really glad I stuck with it because after a few weeks I was sleeping much better.

Works well overall and definitely reduced my snoring, but I would not say it felt natural immediately. For me it took close to three weeks before I stopped noticing it during the night. Once I adjusted though, the improvement was worth it. Delivery also took about 5 days which felt a little slower than expected.

Good device. The support team was helpful when I had questions initially. The first couple nights felt a bit strange, so I gave it some time before deciding how well it worked. My snoring has definitely improved since then. I also track my sleep with an app sometimes and the number are noticeably much better now than before.

My niece stays with us and we both snore, so I ordered a bundle of two. It was straightforward to use and the instructions were easy to follow. One thing we got comment about from my husband is how much silent the bedroom is now at night. We both seem to sleep more deeply and wake up less during the night. She noticed a difference quickly too.
